Project Spotlight: Berchidda-Monti Case Study (Italy)
In the heart of Sardinia, the Berchidda-Monti case study explores agro-silvopastoral systems, a nature-based solution (NBS) integrating trees, shrubs, and cattle grazing. These methods aim to restore degraded land, enhance soil health, and promote biodiversity while supporting sustainable agriculture. Innovative approaches, including microbial-based solutions and improved grazing techniques, are being tested to strengthen ecosystem resilience.
