CREAF
CREAF is a public research centre dedicated to terrestrial ecology and territorial analysis, producing knowledge and methodologies for conservation, management, and adaptation of the environment to global change.
The centre’s objective is to work as a bridge between academia, administrations, and society, promoting awareness and exchanging knowledge within its scope of activities, at the local, regional, and global levels. At MONALISA, researchers of Earth Observation and Ecosystem Functioning are working together.
CREAF is coordinating WP2 and is the scientific partner supporting the Los Pedroches case study.
“MONALISA wants to boost and standardize restoration practices of drylands and demonstrate the robustness utility of remote sensing as a transversal tool to support them.”
